Connecticut Governor Files Legislation to Counter Impact of “Horses Are Vicious” Court Decision

Friends of the horse in the state of Connecticut continue to struggle with a 2013 Appellate Court decision that characterized horses as a vicious and dangerous species. Governor Dan Malloy filed legislation this week to protect horse owners in the state from unfair insurance burdens and inevitable frivolous lawsuits.
